I just purchased a plan. When should I expect to get started?

We intend to start immediately. Sometimes its not possible (our devs need to sleep sometimes). Most of the time, you’ll hear from us within the hour.

On average, you should expect us to get started within 12 to 24 hours.

Can you migrate my existing site?

Absolutely. Some sites are simpler to migrate than others, but we should be able to handle 99% of sites without any issues.

What is the process to get my site on your platform?

1. Sign up with us.
2. We’ll build a live demo version of your site shortly thereafter (Usually within 12 to 24 hours).
3. If you sign up for the 100% Buy-In or 100% Custom plan, we’ll get started on a custom design to compliment your brand. You’ll then approve and ask for revisions on the custom design.
4. You’ll then supply over any custom copy and custom images/media that you would like on the site.
5. You’ll point your DNS “A Records” at our servers (we can do together this over a phone call too).
6. We’ll launch the site publicly.
7. We’ll send over documentation on how to make any sort of content updates.
8. You are free to contact us afterward for any sort of maintenance that you need.

What should I expect in terms of SEO Optimization?

For our basic 100% Speed plan, we’ll use implement standard on-page SEO that matches your business and locality. You can let us know if you’d like to target specific keywords on a particular page.

For our mid-tier 100% Buy-In plan, we’ll research the most effective keywords for your business and locality. From there we will strategically implement them on your landing pages so that you can start benefiting from incoming search engine traffic after launch.

We are happy to work with any sort of 3rd party SEO company where needed.

In regards to off-page SEO (backlinks, page referrals, etc)- we don’t handle this, but we can point you in the right direction if needed.

What integrations do you support?

For our basic 100% Speed plan, we can handle any sort of basic script tags that you’ll need (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc). Otherwise, you will need to upgrade your plan.

For our mid-tier 100% Buy-In plan, we can support most simple integrations. We will investigate the amount of effort and get back to you to see if it is easily done.

For our top-tier 100% Custom plan, contact us and we should be able to handle 99% of common integrations out there.

Do you work with custom designs?

For our basic 100% Speed plan, we’ll use a standard design that we can deliver ASAP.
Otherwise, we can absolutely adapt our platform to a custom design. We’ll do this for our middle-tier 100% Buy-In plan or our top-tier 100% Custom plan.

Is there a way for me to update the content myself?

Yes. We’ll deliver documentation on the day of the site launch. It’ll show you how to easily accomplish most content changes on your own.

Can I have my site ready by next week?

We like to work as fast as possible, so chances are good. Worst case, we can deliver the minimum needed parts of the site and deliver the remainder after your deadline.

How often can I ask for changes after a site launch?

We are able to handle 99% of clients that require some sort of maintenance after launch. You are free to make most changes yourself, but occasionally you will want our assistance.

We expect that you may need help in the first few weeks, so don’t worry about it at first.

We don’t have a hard limit, but if you consistently need more than one major change per week to the site, you will need to contact us to upgrade to our 100% Custom plan.

Can you build an iOS or Android app for my organization?

We have years of professional experience building and delivering iOS and Android apps via React Native or Flutter. Please contact us for a quote.

Couldn’t I hire a college student or use AI to make my website?

You could… However, we would argue that you would lose money (and time) in the end.

Unless you were insanely lucky and found a college student with dev chops, SEO chops, customer support chops, dev-ops chops, and marketing chops; your project is doomed to fail within the first year. An estimated 66% of software projects fail according to The Standish Group’s 2020 CHAOS report.

With AI, your project could move pretty fast; but it’ll be insanely buggy and ultimately frustrating to work with.

Lastly, either of those solutions will likely give you a slow website that people will actively avoid using.

Can I eventually move my site off your platform?

We can hand over the database containing your content at any time. However, the front-end code that runs the site is a part of our IP.
